 "She had beautiful dreams about her life. On a stormy night, she was raped and as a result she got pregnant. The family and the society rejected her and she decided to leave her home. She worked hard to survive this difficult life with her child. This marvellous song depicts the miseries of such a girl having no destiny".

 I started loving this marvellous song from movie Badbaan 1954 (The mast), sung by Geeta Dutt and Hemant Kumar when I was in school. Lata ji through her Shraddhanjali has revived and enhanced its charm.... This immortal and matchless song was written by Indeevar Ji and composed by TIMIR BARAN, S K PAL. May god bless their souls for giving us such a priceless gem!

I have tried to compile the video the way I visualize this song on Madhuri Dixit. I hope you would like it.
