A great vintage love song, a dream composition composed in a trance by Jaikishan, just listen to the prelude of the song. I feel that this is the greatest ever duet composed with enchanting music by Shankar Jai Kishan and the Great lyricist Hasrat Jaipuri must be in the greatest ever pleasant mood while penning it!!!     Simply the perfect music/lyrics/singing. Just observe how the word  "neele"  is sung at various times. In the very first line, Lata sings  "neele"  for an extra micro-second long duration- makes all the difference. In "baitthain rahein hum tum..."the word "baitthain" is sung with some quivering... just pure ethereal singing.
