  I have compiled the video on this magically unique and charismatic song which has been created by the great legend in the godly voice of  marvellous music creator and composer Bhupen Hazarika , and unmatchable and subtle lyricist- Oscar winner Gulzar sahib, for a great movie Rudaali ( professional mourning woman) which won 46 awards.

"The video is about a woman who had an unforgettable but very short time with her Love and got separated. She has lost all hopes and light in her life. She complains to the TIME which has snatched all her happiness from the life. She requests the TIME to pass slowly so that she may get a chance to meet him again. She does not know her Love's where-about and is out in search of him".

Rudaali is a 1993 Hindi film directed by the Feminist Indian director Kalpana Lajmi, based on the short story written by famous Bengali littérateur Mahasweta Devi.
The title is a reference to a custom in certain areas of Rajasthan where women of a lower caste are hired as professional mourners upon the death of upper-caste males. These women are referred to status.as a 'rudaali' (roo-dah-lee), literally translated as 'female weeper' or "Weeping Woman" Their job is to publicly express grief of family members who are not permitted to display emotion due to social 
Dr. Bhupen Hazarika a Assamese singer and composer was born on September 8, 1926 in Sadiya, Assam. A child prodigy, he wrote and sang his first song at the age of 10 and worked for the second Assamese talkie, Indramalati, in 1939, when he was 12 years old.

He completed his Intermediate Arts from Cotton College in 1942, and went on to Banaras Hindu University to complete his B.A. in 1944 and his M.A. in Political Science in 1946. He earned a Ph.D. from Columbia University, New York, USA in 1954. 

In 1992, he was awarded the Dadasaheb Phalke Award for lifetime achievements in cinema.
He also got best music director at national level for Chameli Memsaab in 1975.
